We provide virtual data leadership on demand through temporary, interim, or small ongoing engagements.  Virtual data leadership fills a gap when you need data and analytics subject matter expertise while you are in between staff hires, or only need part-time data leadership expertise, or have a stand-alone project.  It is a highly cost-effective and flexible solution especially suited for small-to-medium organizations or small networks of service providers who want to leverage data expertise while staying within a budget or timeline.   

• Development of a formal data strategy using a participatory framework based on customized implementation of the data culture playbook

• Planning and assessment regarding data literacy and developing a data culture at the organizational or system level

• Data security, privacy plans, audits, action plans, policies, etc.

• Interim or temporary HMIS Leadership services including ad hoc reporting; HUD reporting via HDX 1.0, HDX 2.0, or SAGE; HMIS system administration; HMIS policy development including co-creating and launching HMIS data privacy and security policies and/or data quality management plans
• Additional federal or local reporting services such as preparing and submitting required reports pertaining to RHY projects, SAMHSA CMHS or CSAT projects, or CDBG projects

• Temporary or interim services provided based on a set number of weeks and hours per week
• Ongoing “on-call” and on-demand data leadership services can be provided for 4, 8, 12 or 16 hours per month for 3, 6, or 12 months, with discounts provided for 6- and 12-month engagements
